Privacy and data requests
If you have a question about your personal data — access, correction, deletion, or any right under Korea's PIPA — email the same address. Privacy-related requests are handled by our designated Privacy Officer (개인정보 보호책임자) and are answered within ten business days. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Common questions
Is Level 1 really free? Yes. All eighteen Level 1 lessons are free, no payment required.
Can I get a refund? Levly is sold as one-time purchases via Paddle. If something is wrong with your purchase, email us and we'll work it out.
