Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Levly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Levly is a privately operated study application built to help immigrants in Korea prepare for the KIIP (Korea Immigration and Integration Program) exam.

2. Description of Service

Levly is a Korean language study application designed to help immigrants preparing for the KIIP exam. The Service provides vocabulary lessons, grammar explanations, and practice quizzes across multiple levels. Level 1 is provided free of charge. Additional levels are available as one-time purchases.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your information up to date.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Purchases and Payments

Paid levels are available as one-time purchases with lifetime access. All payments are processed securely through Paddle. Prices are displayed in Korean Won (₩) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Once a level is unlocked, access is granted to your account permanently. Levly reserves the right to modify pricing for future purchases; existing purchases are not affected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service, including lesson text, quiz questions, design elements, and the Levly name and logo, is the property of Levly and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (c) scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service; or (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Levly does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in passing the KIIP exam or achieving any particular learning outcome. Study results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

Levly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Korea.
